Return & Refund Policy

These Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") apply to services provided by STANOK LLP, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom SE19 3BD ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Initial Purchase

A refund may be requested within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase, provided that:

no premium or paid features have been used;
no VIN decoding has been performed;
no meaningful access to Service Content has occurred;
usage was limited to basic preview functionality only.

If any paid functionality is used, including but not limited to VIN decoding, access to diagrams beyond preview limits, or retrieval of part numbers, the purchase is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.

2. Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewal payments are final and non-refundable. By completing the initial purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

your subscription renews automatically;
it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date;
failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Usage-Based Determination

Refund eligibility is determined based on internal system logs, including but not limited to:

VIN decoding activity;
diagrams accessed;
part numbers viewed or retrieved;
navigation within vehicle-specific data;
interaction with Service Content or paid features.

If usage of paid or premium functionality is detected, the refund request may be denied.

4. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

repeated refund requests;
creation of multiple accounts to bypass limitations;
continued use of the Service after requesting a refund;
systematic or intentional misuse of the refund process.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

your account may be suspended or permanently restricted;
access to the Service may be revoked;
future payments may be blocked.

You agree to contact us prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and in accordance with this Policy.
