Buick

The brand became the basis of the largest automaker - General Motors. The initial direction of the company is the development and production of engines for agricultural machinery. In 1899 and 1900, 2 cars appeared. The Buick brand made history as the creator of the OHV engine, with a compact combustion chamber and high fuel burning rate. Also, the brand was the first to launch a car with automatic ignition and direction indicators. The famous yellow Buick Roadmaster convertible can be seen in the Rain Man movie.

Modern models of the Buick brand are sedans, crossovers and SUVs. In 2005, during the merger of the two companies, the Buick-GMC brand appeared. The popular 2010 Buick LaCrosse model strengthened its holding position and propelled General Motors forward. The brand has introduced its own eAssist hybrid technology, which helps save up to 38% fuel.

By 2017, the lineup consisted of three crossovers - Encore, Envision, Enclave; Sedan — Regal, Verano, and LaCrosse; Convertible Cascada. Soon, automakers will abandon the styling of Opel. The main market of the company is China, although the car is actively sold in the United States, Canada, Mexico.
